Fries & Frame is the visual journal of Brad Fries—a Portland-based developer turned photographer, exploring life on the West Coast and beyond.

What began as a hobby has grown into a practice of noticing: the way light filters through Oregon’s dense canopies, how fog hangs over the Northern California coast, and how streets in faraway cities carry stories in their quiet details. Each image is a study in mood and place—capturing the intersection of shadow, color, and memory.
